On Monday, November 27th, 2023 we will have a full moon at 4° Gemini.

I’ve always loved full moons in Gemini and noticed that astrology lovers seem to love them too. We, the curious minds and truth seekers, thrive on this energy.

Think about it. The sun is in Sagittarius. The philosopher. The wise. And the moon is in Gemini. The strange nonsense. The eternal student.

Gemini-Sagittarius, the alchemist of knowledge.

When we have a full moon in Sagittarius, a whole world of possibilities opens up to us.

Full Moon in Gemini – The Explorer Gene

There is so much to explore. There is so much to learn. This intellectual curiosity, this urge to explore feels tempting. It is this unquenchable thirst for discovery that drives humanity forward.

This inspired our ancestors around the world to leave everything behind, explore the seas and embark on adventures.

The pursuit of new horizons, the discovery of unknown territories and the search for knowledge beyond known boundaries was simply impossible to ignore.

We still have that exploration bug. It is encoded in our genes.

Of course, not all of us have the means to get a pilot’s license or take a cruise (today’s equivalent of exploring the seas).

But there are books. There is the Internet. People from different cultures. A new exotic dish that we might try to get a taste of new experiences.

We are all connected by billions of information points. The entire world is a vast web of interwoven stories waiting to be explored and shared.

When we try a new curry or flavor, we immediately connect with a distant land that is so different and yet so familiar. When we connect with the world at large—not just learning “something new”—we find a deeper sense of meaning and connection to ourselves.

Full Moon in Gemini – The Aspects

The Full Moon in Gemini is opposite Mars (at 2° Sagittarius), square Saturn (at 0° Pisces) and trine Pluto (at 28° Capricorn).
Saturn is at the top of the full moon’s T-square, revealing some truths that can either be hard to digest – when we’ve built sand castles in the air – OR cathartic and liberating. Knowing what needs to be done gives us a sense of relief.

Saturn simply points out what we need to do to overcome challenges – whatever they may be. Saturn is the clear path from A to B. There is no ambivalence about Saturn. “This is what you have to do and if you follow the steps you will eventually succeed.

Pluto in Capricorn (trine to the full moon in Gemini) gives us the extra drive and determination to say yes to what initially seems like an impossible task.

The ruler of the full moon, Mercury, is in Sagittarius and squares Neptune in the constellation Pisces.

Mercury-Neptune transits often have a bad reputation. Lie! Confusion! Illusions! But how many of Neptune’s lies are really lies? And how many higher truths are we not ready to accept because they would erase the sandcastles we have built?

Full Moon in Gemini – What you are looking for is looking for you

Gemini and Sagittarius are mutable signs. Changing signs tell us to move. We simply cannot find what we are looking for if we stay in our comfort bubble.

The Full Moon in Gemini is an invitation to reconnect with the seeker in each of us. The seeker intuitively knows that beneath the surface of appearances lies a vast ocean of wisdom and unexplored possibilities.

What you seek is seeking you. Every message you receive comes to you for a reason. With a full moon in Gemini, your goal is to see the connections and discover what the source is revealing to you.

Why now? Why does it matter? What could be the deeper message in the seemingly insignificant detail?

These hidden full moon messages are cosmic breadcrumbs designed to guide you to a deeper understanding of yourself and your purpose.
